Wow, what an awesome event, got to see so many friends from the past, new fans and online fans. Met up with bands that I hadn't seen in a long time. Great music, every band sounded fantastic.

What a great job the guys a Sancturary did making this happen, even as I write this now they are still there working. Big John and Gary did a great job of getting things together, little to no stress in a otherwise high stress project. Drew worked the sound and it was really nice to have big sound that was mixed well. It was great to see everyone working together and helping each other out. Non of that rock star thing, just a great tent of fellowship and music. I wish this kind of this would happen more.

So, lets here from you and your experince, lets see some pics..

I know it's a bit early but yeah someone give us poor saps in the east a report. Seriously wished I could have gone. Glenn Kaiser, Once Dead, Emerald, Recon, Mike Lee, Barren Cross, Bloodgood, Neon Cross ---Jeez what a bill. And I think all those bands played on the same day. I've already seen some clips go up on Youtube but nothing I'm to familiar with. Anybody have a clue if this was being filmed for a future release?

It was awesome, just awesome.

I'm very tired and my neck is very sore, but it was worth every second of pain.

Just great.

Here are a few of my pics, I have more that I can post later:

Awesome Nick. Get some rest and come back and give a full report.
I'm sure James B. will turn up sooner or later. In the mean time heres links to a few clips that have turned up on Youtube:

There were many highlights for me. First just getting meet everyone, Nick and James especially. We really wanted this to be a special time. I feel we accomplished that. It was a very relaxed environment. The preparation ensured a smooth gig. We had lots of help, killer help. Ken Sheahan managing the stage with George Ochoa. The 2 Keveins from StrangeLand and FishingD were on it. Drew running sound and Brian on lights. Gary running the stage mix.
OK, my favorite moments in no particular order. Bloodgoods drummer was taking a while to get ready so Oz was chatting with the crowd, some one yelled out "The Way". Oz started playing it and the whole crowd , in unison started singing. He played through the verse and chorus. Very cool experience. Next seeing Scott Waters perform with Once Dead, He and Devin closed out the set with Burn. Very Nice. Recon, wow, Rod has a great voice. They played Slay The Wicked. It was killer. SoulJourners doing a Kansas cover??? Carry On and they nailed it. Jupiter 6 doing Ziggy Stardust, man what a smokin version.
Every band was great. It was almost sensory overload.
Worship was very intense. Jim LaVerde had a great team, as always. I mean really, Mike Fry on piano/vox. Glen Mancaruso on drums. Kevin Grose from StrangeLand on guitar along with George Ochoa.
It was a huge blessing to be a part of it.

That was Ken Sheahan and George Ochoa? Man, if only I'd known. Sad

I would have sworn that Ken was Glenn Kaiser's son.
